Exhibit B - Payment Schedules <br />Article 1: Payment for Scope of Work <br />1.1 Price: As full consideration of the Work as described in Exhibit A, Scope of Work, the <br />City shall pay to the Contractor the amount of $ 3,267,500 (including applicable taxes). <br />Note: The above price is valid through November 30th 2009. To the extent that the <br />contingency set forth in the Agreement, Section 5 A., still remains applicable on such <br />date, the City acknowledges that the price may be revised by the Contractor to account <br />for any increased cost to the Contractor. <br />1.2 Timely Payments: The City agrees to pay the Contractor per Table B.1 below.
