vi. percent organic matter; and <br /> vii. recommendations. <br /> (2) The project applicant, or his/her designee, shall comply with one of the <br /> following: <br /> (a) if significant mass grading is not planned, the soil analysis report <br /> shall be submitted to the local agency as part of the Landscape <br /> Documentation Package; or <br /> (b) If significant mass grading is planned, the soil analysis report shall <br /> be submitted to the City as part of the Certification of Completion. <br /> (c) The soil analysis report shall be made available, in a timely <br /> manner, to the professionals preparing the landscape design plans <br /> and irrigation design plans in order to make any necessary <br /> adjustments to the design plans. <br /> (d) The project applicant, or his/her designee, shall submit <br /> documentation verifying implementation of soil analysis report <br /> recommendations to the local agency with the Certification of <br /> Completion. <br /> <br /> 2.4 Landscape Design Plan <br /> (A) For the efficient use of water, a landscape shall be carefully designed and planned <br /> for the intended function of the project. At the landscape design plan meeting, the <br /> following design criteria shall be submitted as part of the Landscape <br /> Documentation Package. <br /> (1) General site information, including property lines, street names, project <br /> name and address, proposed building structure, and existing natural <br /> features. <br /> (2) Plant Material: Landscape palette including trees, shrubs, groundcovers, <br /> turf, etc. Planting symbols and plant labeling, including botanical and <br /> common name, container size, spacing, and quantity of each plant group <br /> shall be part of the legend. <br /> (a) Any plant may be selected for the landscaped area provided the <br /> EAWU in the landscaped area does not exceed the MA WA.
