<br /> Applicant Goals: <br /> Project #1 <br /> Goal <br /> Promote Continuous Improvements <br /> Objectives <br /> The city will attend all OA AAR's for exercises and emergency activations. <br /> Description: <br /> The city will implement corrective actions from the late spring 2009 H1N1 Pandemic and develop a <br /> Pandemic Plan. <br /> Performance Measures: <br /> Plan will be completed and approved by 01/01/10. <br /> Project #2 <br /> Goal <br /> Enhance Communication Capabilities <br /> Objectives <br /> Promote interoperability through amatuer radio communications. <br /> Description: <br /> The city will participate in the county wide RACES Win Link Project. <br /> Performance Measures: <br /> The Emergency Management 8~ Homeland Security Office and RACES will recieve, install all Win Link <br /> equipment, and integrate the system into EOC operations by 07/01/2010. <br /> Project #3 <br /> Goal <br /> Integrate Critical Federal Initiatives <br /> Objectives <br /> Ensure the city is in compliance with all National Incident Management System (NIMS} initiatives <br /> Description: <br /> The city will continue to promote the use of NIMS and ICS and will contintue to provide training to <br /> employees. The city will continue to use NIMS and ICS during field responses, and in the EOC. <br /> Performance Measures: <br /> A city representative will attend at least 50% of all OA NIMS sub-committee meetings and meet all <br /> NIMS requirements by deadline. The city will contintue to update the NIMCAST. <br /> 55A-14 <br /> <br />
