EXHIBIT B <br /> LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES <br /> SITE PLANS/ DESCRIPTIVE RENDERINGS <br /> However, it is expressly agreed and understood by and between the LESSOR and <br /> LESSEE that the exact and precise location of the LESSEE's Facilities are subject to <br /> review and approval by the planning and/or zoning Boards having jurisdiction over the <br /> "Premises". <br /> Therefore, it is expressly agreed and understood by and between LESSOR and <br /> LESSEE that the precise location of the Premises as shown on Exhibit "B" may be <br /> modified by the LESSEE in order to comply with and obtain necessary planning and/or <br /> zoning approvals, and any and all other approvals necessary for LESSEE's intended use <br /> of the property. The Premises as described herein may therefore be modified by the <br /> LESSEE to reflect the final engineering design.
