Therefore, staff recommends that the <br />Planning Commission approve Conditional Use Permit 2009 -23 as <br />conditioned. <br />CEQA Compliance <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br />project is exempt from CEQA review per Section 15301. Class 1 exemption <br />consists of the licensing of existing private structures involving <br />negligible or no expansion of an existing use.
