City of Santa Ana, a corporation, et al'., No. 109866, in the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Orange, and to the Judg- ment therein entered in Judgment Book 96, Fage 174, on May 21, 1964, which said litigation resulted in the recognition of oil and gas rights under a portion of~the land let hereby and reserves the right to enter for the purpose of exploring and developing the same.
