On November 2, 1964, the parties hereto entered into <br /> a lease of certain real property in the City of Santa Ana <br /> along the southeasterly boundary of the Santa Ana River chan- <br /> . nel north of 17th Street for the construction and operation . <br /> of a~golf course on said property. <br /> 2. An amendment to saki lease was executed by the parties <br /> .on November Z1, 1966, to allow ingress and egress ever a small <br /> portion of the leasehold for the purposes described therein. <br /> 3. LESSEE has subsequently, by lease dated September <br /> 2, 1969, obtained a leasehold interest from Orange Coanty Flood <br /> .Control District~in land adjacent to the premises owned by <br /> . L1;SSOR and has expanded its operation to an l8 hole golf course <br /> using the combined property under both leases. <br /> 4. The parties hereto have agreed that the aforementioned <br /> lease of November 2, 1964 and the amendment thereto dated rlovem- <br /> ber 21, 1966 should be extinguished, each party surrendering <br /> its rights thereunder, and should be completely replaced with <br /> the new lease agreement contained herein. <br /> ~ . <br /> <br />
