The language of all parts of this Agreement <br />shall be in all cases construed simply according to their fair <br />meaning, and not strictly for or against RIVER VIEPd or <br />CONCESSIONAIRE. <br />20. LIENS <br />CONCES5IONAIP.E expressly agrees to keep and hold said <br />premises and RIVER VIEW free, clear and harmless of any <br />mechanic's liens or liens or a similar nature that might or could <br />arise by reason of any acts of CONCESSIONAIRE. <br />21. BANKRUPTCY <br />In the event CONCESSIONAIRE is adjudged a bankrupt or <br />files a voluntary petition in bankruptcy L?nder any of the provi- <br />sions of the Federal Bankruptcy Act, or if an involuntary petition <br />in bankruptcy is filed against CONCESSIONAIRE, which is not dis- <br />missed within thirty (30) days from the date of the filing of said <br />petition, or in the event CONCESSIONAIRE shall make an assigrslent <br />for the benefit of creditors, RIVER VIEbr'~ shall, at its option, <br />have the right to terminate this Agreement, and all rights, es- <br />tate, title and privileges of CONCESSIOrd?~IRE shall thereupon <br />terminate, and RIVER VIE6~1 shall be immediately entitled to pos- <br />session of the premises. <br />22. DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTIOi1 <br />In the event the restaurant or "half-way house", ar both <br />of them, are damaged or destroyed, any such damage shall be re- <br />paired or any such facility shall be reconstructed and operative <br />within one hundred twanty (120) days following said damage or <br />destruction, or, in the event of damage or destruction of or to <br />the restaurant facility, no-t later than repair or reconstruction <br />of the buildings adjacent thereto; provided, hovaever, that the <br />commencement of any such repair or reconstruction shall occur not <br />later +~han thirty (30) days following the occurence of any such <br />_14_ <br />
