ON-SITE BEER LICENSE <br />CONCESSIONAIRE shall acquire and maintain an on-site <br />beer license in accordance with all the regulations of the State <br />of California and the Alcoholic Beverage Commission, and without <br />limitation, subject to the requirements of Division 9 of the <br />California Business and Professions Coda. <br />2$. SUCCESSORS-IN-INTEREST <br />All provisions, rights, remedies, benefits and obliga- <br />tions hereunder shall b2 deemed continued and binding upon RIVER <br />VIELv or CONCESSIONAIRE'S personal representatives, successors or <br />assigns during the term hereof. <br />29. WAIVER OF SUBROGATION <br />RIVER VIEW expressly waives any and all claims against <br />CONCESSIONAIRE and CONCESSIONAIRE expressly waives any and all <br />claims against RIVER VIEW for loss or damage arising or resulting <br />from the occupancy of the subject property or from any operations <br />conducted therein or thereabouts caused by fire or other perils <br />customarily insured under fire and extended coverage insurance <br />policies, regardless of the r_ause thereof. <br />30. TERi1INATIOr1 <br />Either party may terminate this Agreemer_t in the event <br />of a default thereof by the other party if the default is not <br />corrected within five (5) days after written notice of such default. <br />-1$- <br />
