James <br />K-J Enterprises <br />1800 nest 22nd Street <br />Santa Ana, CA 9270b <br />Gentlemen: <br />At its Regular Meeting on April 15, the City Council of Santa Ana <br />approved and authorized the Mayor to give written consent on <br />behalf of the City to the Concession Agreement between River View <br />Golf Course and K-J Enterprises, for operation of a restaurant <br />on River View Golf Course, subject to the following conditions: <br />(1) Consent does not alter the terms or conditions <br />of the Novation of Lease between Santa Ana and River <br />View Golf, nor relieve River View Golf from any of <br />its obligations thereunder. <br />(2) Santa Ana reserves the right to audit the records <br />o£ the concessionaire from time to time to det®rmine <br />the amount of rent due from the sale of alcoholic <br />beverages. <br />(3) Consent does not relieve the parties to the <br />concession agreement of their responsibility to <br />seek and obtain all permits and licenses required <br />by law for construction or alteration on the leased <br />premises. <br />(4) Assignment of rights or obligations under the <br />Agreement without grior written consent o€ the <br />City of Santa Ana voids this consent and makes the <br />Agreement a violation of the terms of the Lease <br />between River View Gol£ and the City. <br />(5) This consent is revocable at any time that the <br />
