DESCRIPTION OF PREMISES: LESSOR hereby leases to <br />LESSEE, and LESSEE hires from LESSOR on the terms and condi- <br />tions hereinafter set forth, that certain property of_ the CITY <br />OF SATTTA ANA lying between the Santa Ana River Channel on the <br />Northwest and Alona Park and Alona Street Park Subdivision on <br />the Southeast, except for portions of said property heretofore <br />leased by the CITY OF SANTA ANA to SANTA ANA CHAPTER IZAAK <br />WALTON LEAGUE OF AMERICA, INC.
