1 <br />ary of said parcel is described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Westerly corner of Lot 182 <br />of Tract No. 1724 as per map recorded in Book 51, <br />Pages 24, 25, and 26, of Miscellaneous Maps, in <br />the office of the County Recorder of said Orange <br />County; thence Northeasterly along the Northwest- <br />erly boundary of said Lot 182 and its Northeaster- <br />ly extension and along the Northwesterly termin- <br />ation boundary of 22nd Street, 110 feet to a <br />point which is the Easterly corner of said rec- <br />tangular parcel of land. <br />2. HOME OTr7NER agrees to pay to CITY as rent for said <br />easement the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) per year, payable in ad- <br />vance on or before the first working day in January of 1967, and <br />on or before the first working day of each year thereafter until <br />termination of this easement. <br />3.
