LOCATION AGREEMENT <br />7. Producer shall have the right to sublicense and/or assign the Recordings and/or any portion thereof made hereunder <br />without the consent of Owner or any other party. This Location Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and <br />agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter and cannot be amended except by a written instrument signed <br />by the parties hereto.
