Motorcycle repair. <br /> The minimum off-street parking requirement for motorcycle, ATV, motor scooter, moped, small <br /> engine and similar repair shops are as follows: one (1) space for each two hundred (200) square feet of <br /> gross floor area. <br /> (Ord. Banquet facilities. <br /> Banquet facilities, as a freestanding use, shall be parked at the rate of one (1) parking stall per <br /> lwenty-eight (28) s.f. of activity/assembly area. <br /> Whenever the parking requirement for a banquet facility as an ancillary use exceeds the parking <br /> requirement for the primary use, the banquet facility shall be parked at the rate of one (1) parking stall <br /> per twenty-eight (28) s.f. of activity/assembly area.
