documents or information required under this Agreement or by the <br />Commission are submitted in accordance with the terms and <br />conditions of this Agreement. The provisions of this Section 25.3.1 <br />shall be the City's sole compensation resulting from any termination <br />of this Agreement. <br />25.3.2. In the event of termination of this Agreement in its entirety, the City <br />shall stop any Authorized Work in progress and take action as <br />directed by SCE to bring the Authorized Work to an orderly <br />conclusion, and the Parties shall work cooperatively to facilitate the <br />termination of operations and of any applicable contracts for <br />Authorized Work. <br />ENERGY LEADER PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM AGREEMENT 21 <br />
