3.0 WORKPLAN <br />The scope of work for the City's FOG Program Management RFP includes four tasks. The <br />specific details of each task as outlined in the RFP are discussed below. Also discussed below <br />are EEC's approach and management methods to successfully and effectively complete these <br />tasks. <br />3.1 TASK 1 — FOG CONTROL PROGRAM MANAGEMENT <br />The details of Task 1 include: <br />Program guidance document development <br />FOG Control Program management, including database and GIS management <br />FOG Control Program assessment and recommendations <br />1 As part of FOG Program Management, ECC will: <br />u <br />n <br />PAW 14 AGNC`S A1rJ <br />MANAGM n+ITATt7NQF <br />■ Manage the FSE Database and GIS <br />■ Organize and manage the City's existing FOG Control Program data <br />• Review and update FSE inspections results into the associated databases and GIS, and <br />develop database forms and reports, to summarize the findings of these inspections. <br />■ Provide inspection forms, establish inspection schedules and coordinate and assign <br />inspection tasks to the City's Code Enforcement inspectors and EEC's compliance <br />inspectors. <br />• Conduct regular meetings with the City staff to evaluate the FOG Control Program, provide <br />recommendations, and to prioritize required activities. <br />• Provide monthly reports summarizing activities conducted and recommendations to the <br />City's FOG Control Program Manager. <br />• Develop Residential FOG educational/guidance materials and plan to address residential <br />grease discharge and disposal practices. <br />• On an as- needed basis, and using EEC's established knowledge and experience with similar <br />projects, develop and coordinate evaluation of the new and emerging grease control <br />technologies including grease removal devices and chemical/biological additives. <br />3.2 TASK 2 — FSE INSPECTIONS AND ENFORCEMENT --- <br />The City's FSEs are mapped in a GIS and linked to a comprehensive FOG Program database. <br />Integration of the GIS and FOG Program database will continue to be used for inspection and <br />enforcement management. The details of Task 2 are as follows: <br />• Coordinate /conduct permitting and select enforcement <br />inspections <br />• Coordinate /conduct grease removal equipment (GRE) <br />inspections <br />• Coordinate /conduct kitchen best management practices <br />(BMP) inspections <br />• Provide enforcement management (correspondence development and follow -up activities) <br />• Procure and provide FOG program educational materials <br />City of Santa Ana - FOG Program Management Proposal 4 EEC <br />
