<br /> <br />A-20l0-056 <br /> <br />~ <br />~t <br />ii <br />~ <br />~ <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />BETWEEN THE <br />SANTA ANA WORKFORCE INVESTMENT BOARD/YOUTH COUNCIL <br />AND THE <br />SANTA ANA W/O/R!K CENTER! YOUTH SERVICE PROVIDER NAVIGATOR <br /> <br />This Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding is entered this 5 day of April <br />2010, by and between the Santa Ana Workforce Investment Board ("WIB")/Santa Ana Youth <br />Council and the Santa Ana W/O/RIK Center ("Provider") acting in its capacity as the Youth <br />Service Provider Navigator. <br /> <br />R~CIIA1.s. <br /> <br />A. The City and Provider entered into that certain Memorandum of Understanding dated July 1,2009, <br />hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement", for the Santa Ana W/OIR/K Center to act as the "Service <br />Navigator" for all WIA youth services, and its eligible participants. The Service Navigator's function <br />within the Youth Service Provider Network is to coordinate services in a manner that eliminates <br />bureaucracy from the participating providers. <br /> <br />B. The parties hereto now desire to amend the "Budget" attached as Exhibits C and D to said <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter <br />contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, <br />the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section 5 of said Agreement regarding Budget shall be amended as follows: <br /> <br />"BUDGET: The W/O/R/K Center acting as the "Provider", shall provide all of the <br />services discussed herein as well as those set forth in Exhibit A, for the monetary amount set <br />forth in its updated and revised Budget attached hereto as Exhibit C-l and D-l." <br /> <br />2. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain <br />unchanged and in full force and effect. <br /> <br />III <br /> <br />III <br /> <br />III <br />
