PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY (CONTINUED) <br /> 12) Sanitary Sewer Service Rates <br /> Existing Fee: <br /> Unit Rate Per 100 Cubic Feet of metered water use $0.338 <br /> Or Per Month Per SFH $6.760 <br /> Proposed Fee: <br /> Unit Rate Per 100 Cubic Feet of metered water use $0.388 <br /> Or Per Month Per SFH $7.760 <br /> Fee Description: <br /> The Sanitary Sewer Service fee is used to maintain the City's sanitary sewer collection system. Services <br /> covered by the fee include repair and replacement of sewer mains and laterals located within the street right of <br /> <br /> way. The fee is also used to fund ongoing maintenance and cleaning of the sewer mains. The proposed <br /> increase is a $0.05 increase per 100 cubic feet of water used. The typical monthly residential sewer bill will <br /> increase by $1.00 and the typical bi-monthly bill will increase by $2.00. <br /> For single family residential customers that do not receive water service from the City, a flat rate based upon <br /> 20 CCF of water usage is charged.
