The lease <br />terminates on June 30, 2010. Other terms of the lease included three (3) consecutive <br />renewal terms of one (1) year. <br />The National Railroad Passenger Corporation elects to exercise its first option to extend <br />the term of this lease for one (1) additional year beginning July 1, 2010.
