CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />EXHIBIT I <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Services performed by Consultant(s) shall include, but are not limited to the following: <br />A)Rapid Re-Housi ng Program for Homeless Youth (ages 18-24) <br />1.Implement a Rapid Re-Housing program together with Services Coordination to meet the needs <br />of Santa Ana residents under the age of 25 who are experiencing homelessness in the City of <br />Santa Ana. <br />2.Prioritize providing stable housing and comprehensive services to facilitate the target <br />population's successful transition to independent living. <br />3.The servicer shall offer the flollwing eligible activities, which may include, but are not limited to: <br />a.Landlord incentives, such as security deposits and holding fees. <br />b.Case management. <br />c.Services Coordination component within the Rapid Re-Housing Program for those who <br />are under the age of 25. <br />4.Services Coodination Component <br />a.The Services Coordination component will only be provided to this specific population. <br />b.Services Coordination includes short to medium-term rental subsidies and stabilization <br />servies that may include but are not limited to: <br />i.Access to the workforce, <br />ii.Education and training programs, <br />iii.Housing search and placement, <br />iv.Housing stability case management, <br />v.Progressive engagement, <br />vi.Independent living skills, <br />vii.Legal services, and <br />viii.Credit repair. <br />5.Medium-term Rapid Re-Housing Assistance may be provided to individuals and families under <br />the age of 25 for up to twelve months, based on individual needs. <br />B)[intentionally omitted] <br />City of Santa Ana RFP No. 24-067 Page 17 of 38 <br />EXHIBIT 1 <br />  <br />  <br />City Council 14 – 44 5/20/2025
