PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />AMENDMENT - DEFINITION OF INSURED CONTRACT <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />SCHEDULE <br />Designation of Contracts: <br />(If no entry appears above, information required to complete this endorsement will be shown in the <br />Declarations as applicable to this endorsement.) <br />With respect to any contract shown in the Schedule, the first subparagraph of Paragraph f, of the definition of <br />"Insured contract" in the Definitions Section is replaced by the following: <br />f. That part of any other contract or agreement pertaining to your business (including an indemnification of a <br />municipality in connection with work performed for a municipality) under which you assume the tort liability of <br />another party to pay for "bodily injury" or "property damage" to a third person or organization.
