Fee Schedule - Page 2 of 3 <br />➢ Standard computer and technology costs are Contact 3rd parry utilities (i.e. electrical, <br />telecommunication, fiber optic, etc.). <br />➢ Rates include miscellaneous related costs: vehicle, cell phone, digital camera, and <br />standard tools and equipment. All other direct expenses will be billed at cost. <br />➢ The above schedule is for straight time. Overtime for Construction <br />Management/Inspection and Surveying services will be charged at 135 percent of the <br />regular hourly rate. Sundays and holidays will be charged at 170 percent of the regular <br />hourly rate. <br />➢ Minimum of four (4) hours will be charged per field crew deployment. Prevailing wage <br />will be paid on all projects where field staff are providing services. <br />➢ A shift which commences after 2:00 pm or before 4:00 am, during any 24-hour period, <br />commencing at 12:01 am is subject to a 12.5 percent differential. <br />➢ Survey and other specialty equipment will be charged at a per unit per day rate. <br />➢ Expert witness testimony is two times the normal rate. <br />➢ Per Diem is calculated at current State Department of Transportation rates (or other <br />appropriate agency rates). <br />Reimbursables <br />Mileage at $0.67 (or current IRS allowable rate) and parking expenses incurred by office <br />employees are charged at cost. Prints, plots, messenger service, subsistence, air travel, and <br />other direct expenses will be charged at cost plus five percent. The services of outside <br />consultants will be charged at cost plus five percent. <br />Surveying Services <br />One -Person Survey Party....................$250 <br />Two -Person Survey Party .... ................ <br />$350 <br />Three -Person Survey Party .................. <br />$420 <br />Field Supervisor...................................$190 <br />Hourly rates for field survey parties include normal usage of field equipment and are fully <br />equipped rates. <br />Hourly rates for field services increase on October 1 of every year and are subject to prevailing <br />wages per California Department of Industrial Relations Determination LA-2020-1, and include <br />normal usage of electronic distance measuring equipment and survey vehicle expenses. <br />
