If necessary, <br /> review a second submittal and prepare a second letter to confirm any comments noted in the initial <br /> peer review are adequately addressed. <br /> Greenhouse Gas Emissions Analysis Review <br /> ■ Review of greenhouse gas analysis methodology, approach and assumptions to ensure that the <br /> technical analyses are adequate for use in the CEQA document, meet the requirements of the <br /> SCAQMD, SCAG, CARS, and the City of Santa Ana Climate Action Plan (CAP), and are in accordance <br /> with CEQA. <br /> ' Review of the project description, project assumptions and project data to ensure that the greenhouse <br /> gas analysis is based cn a project that is substantially consistent with that presented to the City for <br /> review and to ensure that all potential impacts are identified and addressed. <br /> ■ Review of the project data and site conditions to ensure that the baseline data used in the greenhouse <br /> gas analysis is essentially unchanged since the time the study was completed and provide confirmation <br /> that no change in site conditions is anticipated or updates required. <br /> ■ Prepare a technical memorandum that documents the peer review findings and comments.
