Greenhouse Gas Emissions Analysis Review ■ Review of greenhouse gas analysis methodology, approach and assumptions to ensure that the technical analyses are adequate for use in the CEQA document, meet the requirements of the SCAQMD, SCAG, CARS, and the City of Santa Ana Climate Action Plan (CAP), and are in accordance with CEQA.
