Grantor agrees that it shall <br /> not grant any surface, subsurface, or aerial rights in the Easement as will unreasonably interfere with <br /> or prohibit the use by Grantee of the rights and Easement granted herein.Notwithstanding any other <br /> provision in this Easement Deed and Agreement, Grantee hereby accepts the Easement"as is" with <br /> all faults known and unknown, and Grantor makes no representation or warranty (either express or <br /> implied)as to the suitability of the Easement for Grantee's use. <br /> Maintenance/Repairs: Grantee shall, at its sole cost and expense, be responsible for the <br /> maintenance and repair of the Easement. <br /> 1 <br />
