Box 1988 <br />Santa Ana, California 92702 <br />Attention: City Clerk <br />Free Recording pursuant to <br />Government Code 6103 & 27383 <br />NOTICE OF AFFORDABILITY RESTRICTIONS ON <br />TRANSFER OF PROPERTY <br />This Notice of Affordability Restrictions on Transfer of Property (or "Notice of <br />Affordability Restrictions") is executed and recorded pursuant to the Density Bonus Housing <br />Agreement With Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (the "Density Bonus <br />Agreement"), recorded on or about , 202_, in the Official Records of Orange County, <br />against that certain real property generally located at (APN: ) in the City <br />of Santa Ana, California ("City") as legally described in Exhibit 1 hereto ("Property"). The City <br />of Santa Ana, a municipal corporation ("City"), and <br />(collectively "Homebuyer") have entered into that certain <br />Affordable Housing Resale Restrictions, Equity Sharing, and Regulatory Agreement, dated <br />concurrently herewith ("Affordable Housing Resale Restrictions"). <br />1. The Affordable Housing Resale Restrictions provides for affordability restrictions <br />and restrictions on the transfer of the Property, as more particularly set forth in the Affordable <br />Housing Resale Restrictions. A copy of the Affordable Housing Resale Restrictions is on file with <br />City as a public record and is deemed incorporated herein. Reference is made to the Affordable <br />Housing Resale Restrictions with regard to the complete text of the provisions of such agreement <br />and all defined terms therein, which provides for affordability restrictions and restrictions on the <br />transfer of the Property. <br />2.
