User will be charged an annual amount of $1,040.00 payable on the first of <br />the month following execution of this agreement and the anniversary each <br />year thereafter. <br />b. This fee includes the use of the facility contemplated in Section 1, above. <br />c. The fee in Section 4(a), above, will be based on the Group 3 Resident <br />Recreation Rate in the Miscellaneous Fee Schedule.
