If such sites are identified, the City will consider the use <br />of HUD funding or other resources to assist with site preparation and/ or development. At <br />this time, no publicly owned land or property is expected to be used to address the needs. <br />Discussion <br />Assuming continued level funding, the City expects to utilize over $28,632,850 in CDBG, <br />HOME, and ESG funds during the five-year period beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June <br />30, 2030, to achieve the goals of the Strategic Plan. <br />EXHIBIT 1
