145 <br />-Mental Health Service Act (MHSA) Funding <br />-Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities Program <br />Local Resources: <br />-San Diego County CoC <br />-San Diego Housing Commission (SDHC) <br />-California Home Finance Agency <br />-City of Santa Ana In Lieu Fees <br />-Low and Moderate Income Housing Asset Fund (Successor Housing Agency) <br />Private Resources <br />-Federal Home Loan Bank, Affordable Housing Program <br />-Community Reinvestment Act Programs <br />-United Way <br />-Private Contributions <br />If appropriate, describe publicly owned land or property located within the <br />jurisdiction that may be used to address the needs identified in the plan. <br />Santa Ana will comply with state requirements under AB1486 and AB1255 to inventory and <br />support developers to access and utilize surplus municipal and state land for the <br />construction of affordable housing. If such sites are identified, the City will consider the use <br />of HUD funding or other resources to assist with site preparation and/ or development. At <br />this time, no publicly owned land or property is expected to be used to address the needs. <br />Discussion <br />Assuming continued level funding, the City expects to utilize over $28,632,850 in CDBG, <br />HOME, and ESG funds during the five-year period beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June <br />30, 2030, to achieve the goals of the Strategic Plan. <br />EXHIBIT 1
