161 <br />Annual Action Plan <br />AP-15 Expected Resources <br />Annual allocations are subject to federal appropriations and changes in demographic data <br />used in HUD’s formulas for the programs. During the first year Annual Action Plan <br />from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, the City will invest $4,366,475 in CDBG, $1,159,062 in <br />HOME, and $377,330 in ESG funds to support the goals of the Strategic Plan. <br />EXHIBIT 1
