170 <br />Planned Activities Provide funding for administrative and program staff to <br />complete fair housing education, tenant counseling, <br />and fair housing enforcement activities in Santa Ana. <br />8 Project Name CDBG Street Improvement <br />Target Area Citywide <br />Goals Supported Public facilities and infrastructure <br />Needs Addressed Improve City public facilities and infrastructure <br />Funding CDBG: $415,655 <br />Description This project entails the rehabilitation of existing asphalt <br />concrete pavement for local streets. Minor concrete <br />repair to severely damaged or missing curbs, gutters, <br />sidewalks, and wheelchair ramps will also be included. <br />After the road and concrete repairs within the public <br />right of way have been completed, the public will have <br />enhanced pedestrian and multi-modal mobility <br />throughout the improved neighborhood. <br />Target Date 6/30/2026 <br />Estimate the number and type <br />of families that will benefit from <br />the proposed activities <br />Location Description Cedar Street <br />Planned Activities Rehabilitation of existing asphalt concrete pavement <br />9 Project Name ESG Homeless Activities <br />Target Area Citywide <br />Goals Supported Homeless Services and Facilities <br />Needs Addressed Increase access to and supply of homeless services <br />Funding ESG: $377,330 <br />Description Homeless Services and Facilities <br />Target Date 6/30/2026 <br />Estimate the type and goal for <br />the proposed activities <br />Approximately 315 individuals and 45 households <br />experiencing homelessness and 55 individuals at risk of <br />experiencing homelessness will be assisted.
