182 <br />AP- 90 Program Specific Requirements <br />In the implementation of programs and activities under the 2025 Annual Action Plan, the <br />City will follow all HUD regulations concerning the use of program income, forms of <br />investment, and overall low-and-moderate-income benefit for the CDBG program. <br />Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) Reference 24 CFR <br />91.220(l)(1) <br />Projects planned with all CDBG funds expected to be available during the year are identified <br />in Table 64.
