FY 2025-26 CDBG Program Funding Plan <br />Program Summaries <br />Mental Health <br />Services <br />counseling to extremely low-income Santa Ana residents (seniors, <br />adults, teen, and children five years and older). <br />Templo Calvario <br />Community <br />Development <br />Corporation <br />Legado Academy $34,860 <br />The Legado Academy seeks to break the cycle of poverty and <br />thereby decrease the risk of violence and crime by delivering <br />evidence-based parent training and financial education curriculum <br />that are designed to promote long-term family resiliency and <br />support generational financial stability. <br />United Cerebral <br />Palsy of OC (dba <br />Unlimited <br />Possibilities) <br />Safety Net Fund $34,860 <br />Unlimited Possibilities long-running Safety Net Fund will provide <br />early intervention, pediatric therapy, and family support services to <br />uninsured and under-insured children and families with disabilities <br />residing in Santa Ana. <br />WISEPlace Steps to <br />Independence $34,860 <br />Steps to Independence provides safe emergency shelter and rapid <br />rehousing for unaccompanied homeless women. Women are led <br />through the “WISEPlace Way” which includes comprehensive <br />trauma informed support, legal advocacy and housing placement <br />to help rebuild their lives and heal their traumas. <br />Total Funding $4,366,478 <br />EXHIBIT 3
