<br /> <br />Orange County 26 25-29 Regional AFH <br /> <br />• In Costa Mesa there are relatively high concentrations of renter households north of <br />SR-55 in the downtown area, and west of Orange Coast College ; and there is a <br />relatively high percentage of owner households north of Adams Avenue. <br />• In Fountain Valley there are relatively high percentages of owner households in the <br />neighborhoods south of Talbert Avenue and west of Brookhurst Street, and in the <br />neighborhood just to the west of Mile Square Regional Park. <br />• In Fullerton there are relatively high percentages of renter households in and around <br />CSU Fullerton and along Highland Ave between SR-91 and Orangethorpe Avenue <br />(adjacent to the Fullerton Metrocenter shopping mall); and there are relatively high <br />percentages of owner households in Census Tracts between CSU Fullerton and Brea <br />Boulevard, and between Harbor Boulevard and the Robert E. Ward Nature Preserve. <br />• In Garden Grove, there is a relatively high percentage of owner households in West <br />Garden Grove, compared to the rest of the city. <br />• In Huntington Beach there are high percentages of owner households in the eastern <br />half of the city, as well as in the area surrounding the Huntington Club country club. <br />• In Irvine there are relatively high percentages of renter households in the <br />southwestern part of the city—specifically in the Census Tracts west of Harvard Ave, <br />around San Remo Park, and north of UC Irvine in University Town Center; and near <br />the I-5/I-405 interchange—specifically in the Census Tracts encompassing the Irvine <br />Medical and Science Complex, the Irvine Spectrum Center, and East Irvine. <br />• In La Habra there are a relatively high percentage of owner households in the <br />neighborhoods south of SR-90 and west of Euclid St. <br />• In Laguna Niguel there are relatively high percentages of owner households in the <br />southeast corner of the city (bordering San Juan Capistrano and Dana Point), <br />adjacent to the El Niguel County Club, and in the neighborhoods between Crown <br />Valley Pkwy and Alicia Pkwy. <br />• In Lake Forest there are relatively high percentages of owner households in the <br />northeast of the city (to the north of SR-24) and in the southwest of the city (south <br />of Trabuco Rd and west of Ridge Route Dr). <br />• In Mission Viejo there are relatively high percentages of owner households <br />throughout the city, with some renters located in the southern part of the city. <br />• In Newport Beach there is a relatively high percentage of owner households in the <br />Newport Coast community, and a relatively high percentage of renters around the <br />Newport Beach Country Club. <br />• In the City of Orange there are relatively high percentages of renter households in <br />the southwestern corner of the city, west of SR-57 and I-5, and relatively high <br />percentages of owner households in the eastern half of the city. <br />• In Rancho Santa Margarita there is a relatively high percentage of owner households <br />throughout the city, with some renters located in the neighborhoods just to the east <br />of SR-241 between Antonio Pkwy and Santa Margarita Pkwy. <br />EXHIBIT 6
