<br /> <br />Orange County 77 25-29 Regional AFH <br /> <br />• In La Habra, neighborhoods with low education scores are located in the center and <br />eastern part of the city, which are also the areas with the highest concentrations of <br />Hispanic residents. <br />• In Laguna Niguel, all neighborhoods have high education scores and are <br />predominantly White. <br />• In Lake Forest, all neighborhoods have high education scores and most are <br />predominantly White, except in the southeastern corner of the city, along El Toro <br />Road, which is predominantly Hispanic. <br />• In Mission Viejo, all neighborhoods have high education scores, and most are <br />predominantly White except in the southern part of the city. <br />• In Newport Beach, all neighborhoods have high education scores and are <br />predominantly White. <br />• In Orange, neighborhoods in the western half of the city have low education scores <br />and are predominantly Hispanic. The neighborhoods with the highest education <br />scores are in the eastern half of the city. The high education score areas north and <br />west of Villa Park are predominantly White, and the high education score areas south <br />and west of Villa Park are predominantly Hispanic. <br />• In Rancho Santa Margarita, all neighborhoods have high education scores and are <br />predominantly White. <br />• In San Clemente, all neighborhoods have high education scores and are <br />predominantly White. <br />• In Santa Ana, neighborhoods with low education score areas comprise most of the <br />city, and are areas where population is predominantly Hispanic. <br />• In Tustin, the neighborhoods with low education scores are predominantly Hispanic <br />and White, and the neighborhoods with the h ighest education scores are <br />predominantly AAPI. <br />• In Westminster, there is a mix of moderate, high, and highest education score areas. <br />There is one part of the city with low education scores, in the north.
