Native American residents living below <br />the FPL have relatively low access to neighborhoods with low transportation costs, <br />compared to other groups in city and the region. <br />• In Irvine, access to transit and access to neighborhoods with low transportation <br />costs are high for all groups. <br />• In La Habra, access to transit and access to neighborhoods with low transportation <br />costs are high for all groups. <br />• In Laguna Niguel, access to transit is low for all groups. Access to neighborhoods <br />with low transportation costs is slightly lower for residents of the city in comparison <br />to the region. <br />• In Lake Forest, access to transit is low for all groups, and lowest for Black and <br />Hispanic residents living below the FPL. Access to neighborhoods with low <br />transportation costs is slightly lower for residents of the city in comparison to the <br />region. <br />• In Mission Viejo, access to transit is low for all groups. Access to neighborhoods with <br />low transportation costs is slightly lower for residents of the city in comparison to <br />the region. <br />• In Newport Beach, access to transit is high for all groups. Access to neighborhoods <br />with low transportation costs is comparable to the region for most groups, except <br />for AAPI residents in the city, who have less access than other groups and compared <br />to the region. <br />• In Orange, access to transit is high for all groups and slightly better than access in <br />the region. Access to neighborhoods with low transportation costs is relatively high <br />for all groups and is comparable to the region as a whole. <br />• In Rancho Santa Margarita, access to transit is low for all groups. Access to <br />neighborhoods with low transportation costs is also lower in the city compared to <br />the region, and there are significant racial/ethnic disparities. AAPI residents living <br />below the FPL have significantly lower access than other groups. <br />• In San Clemente, access to transit is low for all groups, and access to neighborhoods <br />with low transportation costs is also lower in the city compared to the region.
