<br /> <br />Orange County 95 25-29 Regional AFH <br /> <br />o The following areas have no HQTAs: Placentia, Yorba Linda, unincorporated <br />areas east of Yorba Linda, La Palma, Villa Park, Orange Park Acres, El Modena, <br />North Tustin, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, Capistrano Beach, San Juan <br />Capistrano, Ladera Ranch, and North Laguna Hills <br />• In Aliso Viejo, there are no HQTAs <br />• In Anaheim, there are HQTAs in the western part of city along Beach Boulevard; in <br />the central and southern part of city along Harbor Boulevard and Katella Ave nue, <br />including the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center near Angel <br />Stadium; and in the eastern part of the city near the Anaheim Canyon Metrolink <br />station. These areas overlap with both high POC segregation areas and racially <br />integrated areas. <br />• In Buena Park, there are HQTAs in the eastern half of city, along Beach Boulevard <br />and La Palma Avenue. <br />• In Costa Mesa, HQTAs cover most of the city’s area except for the high White <br />segregation areas in the northwest (the neighborhoods north and west of the <br />Country Club) and in East Side Costa Mesa (east of SR-55 and south of Mesa Drive), <br />which do not have HQTAs. <br />• In Fountain Valley, there are no HQTAs <br />• In Fullerton, there are HQTAs in downtown Fullerton and up to Fullerton College, <br />including the area around the Metrolink station. <br />• In Garden Grove, there are HQTAs south of SR-22, in West Garden Grove, and in the <br />eastern part of the city. There are no HQTAs in the city’s north-central area. <br />• In Huntington Beach, most of the city is not a HQTA. There is one HQTA around the <br />intersection of Main Street and Pacific Coast Highway (US-1). <br />• In Irvine, there are HQTAs located near UC Irvine and John Wayne Airport, and the <br />Irvine Medical and Science Complex. The majority of the city does not have HQTAs. <br />• In La Habra, the western half of the city is a HQTA. In the eastern half of the city, <br />which is a high POC segregation area and has a concentration of predominantly <br />Hispanic neighborhoods, there are no HQTAs <br />• In Laguna Niguel, there are no HQTAs except in a small area in the northeast corner <br />along Crown Valley Parkway, adjacent to Mission Viejo. <br />• In Lake Forest, most of the city is not a HQTA. There are two HQTAs in the city: one <br />in Foothill Ranch, north of SR-241(around Towne Center); and the other in the city’s <br />southeastern corner along El Toro Rd (which is a predominantly Hispanic area). <br />• In Mission Viejo, most of the city does not have HQTAs. There are two HQTAs in the <br />city: one in the southern part, along Crown Valley Parkway (which is a low-medium <br />concentration area with a predominantly Hispanic population); and the other in the <br />northern part of the city, around the intersections of Santa Margarita Parkway with <br />Los Alisos Boulevard and Marguerite Parkway (which are low-medium <br />concentration areas with predominantly White populations) <br />EXHIBIT 6
