<br /> <br />Orange County 122 25-29 Regional AFH <br /> <br />According to data from HUD, in Orange County, a total of 398 housing discrimination cases <br />were opened between January 2019 and November 2024 (when this report was prepared). <br />As shown in Table 8, below, the majority (65.33%) of cases alleged discrimination based <br />on disability. (Please note, the total number of cases in the table below equal more than <br />398, and the percentages equal more than 100% because one case can involve allegations <br />of discrimination based on multiple protected classes). Table 9 shows the number of cases <br />by jurisdiction, and the number and percentage of cases that included allegations of <br />discrimination based on disability status.
