Pursue strategies to facilitate housing development of <br />at least 10 housing units on religious, institutional, and <br />quasi-institutional lands, and adaptive reuse of <br />underutilized properties for affordable housing by <br />December 2024. Include potential residential <br />development and conduct targeted outreach to <br />interested parties for City-owned parcel on 5062 La <br />Palma Avenue and conduct outreach to the three large <br />churches within La Palma. Evaluate opportunities for <br />adaptive reuse as part of outreach to Centerpointe <br />property owners by December 2024. <br />iv. Report back to City Council on findings, <br />recommendations and provide update on program <br />implementation by December 2024.
