<br /> <br />Orange County 237 25-29 Regional AFH <br /> <br />52. The City’s primary (and very effective) effort in displacement <br />prevention is facilitating the development of affordable housing in <br />the community, as referenced in the AFFH section of this HEU. <br />Displacement prevention activities will also include connecting <br />residents to resources to minimize the displacement of households <br />with lower incomes and special needs whenever possible and where <br />necessary to ensure that displacement is carried out in an equitable <br />manner. <br /> <br />Ongoing <br />53. The City will participate in the Orange County United Way’s Eviction <br />Task Force and associated study. This work includes identifying and <br />coordinating community resources to support households facing <br />eviction. <br />Ongoing <br />54. The City will provide a link on its website to landlord/tenant <br />meditation services and landlord/tenant rights and responsibilities, <br />which may include information from service providers such as the <br />Fair Housing Foundation. The City will also add information on the <br />City’s website and provide resources on non-profits such as <br />Community Legal Aid SoCal and the Legal Aid Society of OC. <br />Annual <br />55.
