PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br /> THE <br /> HARTFORD <br /> AMENDMENT - AGGREGATE LIMITS (PER PROJECT) <br /> This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br /> BUSINESS LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM <br /> Except as otherwise stated in this endorsement, the terms and conditions of the Policy apply. <br /> A. The following changes are made to Section D. LIABILITY AND MEDICAL EXPENSES LIMITS OF INSURANCE: <br /> 1. The following provision is added to Paragraph 2.Aggregate Limits: <br /> The General Aggregate Limit under Section D. LIABILITY AND MEDICAL EXPENSES LIMIT OF <br /> INSURANCE applies separately to each of your"projects". <br /> 2. The following provision is added to Paragraph 2.Aggregate Limits: <br /> When coverage for liability arising out of the "products-completed operations hazard" is provided, any <br /> payments for damages because of"bodily injury" or "property damage" included in the "products-completed <br /> operations hazard" will reduce the Products-Completed Operations Aggregate Limit, and not reduce the <br /> General Aggregate Limit. <br /> B. The following changes are made to Section F. LIABILITY AND MEDICAL.EXPENSES DEFINITIONS: <br /> 1. The following definition is added: <br /> "Project" means a premises, site or location that is away from a premises, site or location owned or rented to you <br /> and at which"your work"at said premises, site or location has not yet been completed, as completion is described <br /> in the "products-completed operation hazard".
