CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> <br />3. City will inspect and audit in a reasonable manner and at City’s expense. <br /> <br />4. Contractor must fully cooperate with any such audit(s). <br />5. City will notify Contractor in writing of any exception taken as a result of an audit. <br /> <br />6.
