• Construction activities associated with the proposed project would generate noise levels that exceed the noise standards established by the City of Santa Ana Municipal Code. (Impact 4.8-1: Less Than Significant with mitigation) • Operation of the proposed project could expose noise-sensitive land uses to noise levels that exceed the standards established by the City of Santa Ana General Plan. (Impact 4.8-9: Significant and Unavoidable and no feasible mitigation) TZC EIR Mitigation Measures MM4.8-1 All construction activity within the City shall be conducted in accordance with Section 18-314(e) of the City of Santa Ana Municipal Code.
