<br /> of alcohol abuse or alcoholism; (g) §§523 and 627 of the Public Health
<br /> Service Act of 1912. (42 U.S.C. §§290 dd-3 and 290 ee 3), as amended,
<br /> relating to confldentiality of alcohol and drug abuse patient records; (h) Title
<br /> VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968(42 U.S.C.§§3601, et seq.), as amended,
<br /> relating to non-discrimination in the sale, rental or financing of housing; (1)
<br /> any other nondiscrimination provisions in the specific statute(s)under which
<br /> application for Federal assistance is being made; 0)the requirements of any
<br /> other nondiscrimination statute(s)which may apply to the application; and(k)
<br /> P.L.93-348 regarding the protection of human subjects involved in research,
<br /> development, and related activities supported by this award of assistance.
<br /> 7. Fpual.Emaloyment Opportunity
<br /> The regulation at 41 C.F.R. § 60-1.4(b) requires, except as otherwise
<br /> provided or exempted in 41 C.F.R. Part 60, the insertion of the following
<br /> contract clause; "During the performance of this contract, the contractor
<br /> agrees as follows;
<br /> (1) The contractor will not discriminate against any employee or applicant
<br /> for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation,
<br /> gender Identity, or national origin. The contractor will take affirmative action
<br /> to ensure that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated

<br /> and applicants for employment, notices to be provided setting forth the

<br /> (2) The contractor will, In all solicitations or advertisements for employees
<br /> placed by or on behalf of the contractor, state that all qualified applicants
<br /> will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color,
<br /> religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.

<br /> against any employee or applicant for employment because such employee
