EXHIBIT 3 <br /> Samuel Kamel(1 year with SUFK) <br /> Compliance and Billing Manager <br /> B.A. Equivalent <br /> Grant Assistance <br /> • Prepare grant performance reports. <br /> • Review ALLtimesheets to ensure job codes are allocated correctly before payroll <br /> • Track and manage grant cash flow in partnership with Programs team and Finance. <br /> • Set up General Ledger in coordination with the accounting department. <br /> • Ensure cost-sharing requirements are fulfilled. <br /> • Compile information and documents needed for audit inquiries. <br /> • Provide organizational information needed for grant proposals. <br /> Budget Monitoring <br /> • Provide budget projections and forecasts monthly. <br /> • Assist in identifying and correcting errors in coding of revenues and expenses monthly. <br /> • Quarterly, prepare invoicing for funds <br /> • Coordinate approval for all incoming invoices, and ensure timely payment <br /> • Prepare payroll registers for billing. <br /> • Review and edit GL reports to ensure billing is accurate, coordinate with accounting. <br /> • Prepare invoice and backup documentation for submission to funding sources <br /> • Compare monthly and year-to-date amounts on invoices to program budget reports. <br /> • Submit invoices to funding sources and accounting in a timely manner. <br /> • Track payment of grant invoices,enter to database, deposit,and copy accounting.' <br /> Summary <br /> Following is a summary of the SUFK OC key qualifications for the Santa Ana Youth Service Provider <br /> Program. <br /> • SUFK OC specializes in serving homeless and at-riskyouth (ages 12-24). We only serve this population, <br /> as their needs are unique,compared to homeless adults. <br /> • We achieve results. In 2024, 100%of our mentored school-aged youth (seniors)graduated (237 <br /> enrolled) and 97%of our mentored youth,ages 18-24, remained stably housed and self-sufficient at <br /> their 12-month check-in(343 enrolled). <br /> • SUFK OC,founded in 2003,has 21 years of experience serving homeless and at-risk OC youth,with a <br /> proven track record successfully executing youth assistance programs across OC cities. <br /> • We have direct experience serving Santa Ana youth. In 2023-2024,we provided weekly street outreach, <br /> enrolled 128 Santa Ana youth in our mentoring program, and provided mentoring to homeless students <br /> on 4 Santa Ana Unified High School District campuses plus 2 Santa Ana Access schools, <br /> • SUFK OC serves a diverse population, primarily BIPOC, and youth with mental disorders and traumas. <br /> • Our proven mentoring program,Journey to Self-Sufficiency, is proven to move youth from crisis to self- <br /> sufficiency in 12 months, on average. <br /> • SUFK OC's staff have a combined 55 years of experience serving homeless and at-risk youth in OC and <br /> Santa Ana. <br /> • SUFK OC case managers and mentors provide the most comprehensive care possible,with extensive <br /> training in positive youth development,trauma-informed methods,and behavioral health. <br /> • SUFK OC maintains an extensive network of referral agencies,employment providers, housing <br /> providers and community service providers that ensures youth receives comprehensive wrap-around <br /> support. <br /> 12 <br />
