Incentive amounts and eligibility criteria are subject to modification based on <br /> funding availability and administrative discretion. <br /> To be eligible for incentives, participants must: <br /> • Be actively enrolled in a WIOA-approved youth program <br /> • Maintain regular monthly contact with their career planner <br /> • Meet one or more of the criteria outlined below <br /> A. WORK-BASED LEARNING AND WORKSHOP COMPLETION <br /> 1. Incentive available for youth who successfully complete all required workshops and <br /> work-based learning activities. <br /> 2. Participants may receive incentive payments for each completed milestone up to a <br /> combined total of$250 (or $500). Milestone completion must be verified through <br /> documentation. <br /> 3.
