EXHIBIT 1 <br /> 2025-26 Orange County Children's Therapeutic Arts Center (OCCTAC) <br /> Youth Employment Program <br /> E. How often will the youth be engaged or receive service during the follow-up period. — <br /> AII Youth will be asked to keep in contact with the WIOA team, and meet regularly with <br /> the case managers and the educational/career counselors during the entire follow-up <br /> period, especially during the 1s1 quarter. After the first quarter, participants will be asked <br /> to contact and speak with the case managers and counselors on a quarterly basis. <br /> However, youth are encouraged to engage as frequently as possible with the WIOA staff! <br /> Depending on the youth's needs, they are able to meet with any WIOA Staff as often as <br /> needed. In addition, all youth are given the opportunity to take any credential programs <br /> offered at our agency, Life Skills classes, counseling and any workshops/trainings offered <br /> during any of their follow up periods. This will provide our youth the opportunity to <br /> continue to be engaged in our center, on a weekly basis. <br /> 15.WIOA Performance Indicators <br /> A. Include a flow chart or visual aid or brief explanation of how your organization will meet the <br /> following WIOA Performance Indicators: <br /> 1. How OCCTAC will meet the%of participants who are in education ortraining or unsubsidized <br /> employment during the 2nd quarter after exit. <br /> Month Employment Education <br /> May Mock Interview Session—Start Research classes to register for <br /> Job Search Summer— Meet With Educational <br /> Counselor <br /> June Start Appling to different Register for summer classes— Meet <br /> positions— Meet with case with Educational Counselor <br /> manager <br /> July Apply to different positions and Research classes to register for Fall <br /> follow up calls—Meet with Case Session —Meet With Educational <br /> Manager Counselor <br /> August Set up Interviews and continue to Register for Fall Classes— Meet With <br /> send out Applications—Meet with Educational Counselor- incentives <br /> Case Manager—provide provided to youth who register for <br /> Incentives to those who set up classes <br /> interviews <br /> September Practice interview Skills and meet Register for 8 week courses — Meet <br /> with Case Manager— Incentives With Educational Counselor - <br /> provided to those who obtain incentives provided to youth who <br /> employment register for classes <br /> October Continue to meet with Case Classes in session <br /> Manager &job Developer as <br /> needed <br /> November Continue to meet with Case Research classes to register for <br /> Manager &job Developer as Intersession — Meet with educational <br /> needed counselor as needed <br /> December Provide Incentives to those who Research classes to register for <br /> have 3 consecutive months on the Spring—Meet with educational <br /> job counselor as needed <br /> 23 <br />
