ARTS <br /> RAPFUTIC <br /> 2215 N Broadway G Santa Ana, CA 92706 0 714.547.5468 0 Fax 714.564,9690 0 www.occtac_org <br /> Incentive Policy and Procedures <br /> WIOA Program 2025 — 2026 <br /> Purpose: To establish guidelines for providing incentives to participants who successfully <br /> commit, and complete goals established during program participation. Goal is to <br /> aid enrolled youth with their successful completion of OCCTAC's WIOA program. <br /> Procedures: <br /> All incentives are available to those identified as approved WIOA participants. <br /> WIOA participants must provide documented proof of their eligibility for the <br /> listed incentives provided in this policy. Incentives will be provided in the form of <br /> a Target gift card. Delivery of supportive services will be made in-person or to <br /> the WIOA participant's personal email or mailing address if available and in cases <br /> where in-person delivery is shown to be difficult for the WIOA participant and <br /> staff. <br /> All incentives are based on availability of funding and are processed on a first <br /> come first serve basis. Logs of incentives will be kept on a regular basis and will <br /> also be case noted for documentation purposes. <br /> Summary of incentives: <br /> Current <br /> Enrolling in GED Program $100 <br /> Completed a course (minimum 72 hours) in GED $80 <br /> program (see details/restrictions) <br /> Secondary School Perfect Attendance (see $100 <br /> additional details/restrictions) <br /> Received Credential/Diploma/GED $200 <br /> Enrolled in Post-Secondary $150 <br /> Education/Vocational School <br /> Basic Skills Deficient: Increase in EFL $100 <br /> Employment: Submitting 5 applications (see $80 <br /> additional details/restrictions) <br /> Employment: Obtaining employment $150 <br /> Employment: Retaining employment (see $200 <br /> additional details/restrictions) <br /> 1 <br /> Revised:05/14/2024 <br />
