2025-26 Orange County Children's Therapeutic Arts Center (OCCTAC) <br />Youth Employment Program <br />continues to maintain current contracts, as well as enter into new contracts with key <br />community partners. Three years ago, OCCTAC started a new contract with the Santa Ana <br />Unified School District and five years ago with MECCA and the County of Orange, Health Care <br />Agency to provide prevention and family wellness programs. We anticipate a steady revenue <br />increase, as we continue to grow each year with SAUSD and our MECCA and County partners. <br />In addition, and as part of the OCCTAC's long-term sustainability plan, the Executive Director <br />and our board of directors have agreed to continue to diversify OCCTAC's funding sources by <br />focusing some more on (1) donor solicitation, and (2) fund raising, and (3) social enterprise <br />ventures. <br />F.Identify the percentage of budget that will go directly to youth (i.e.: work experience <br />payments, direct training, supportive services, incentives, etc.) versus the percentage <br />of overhead and administrative costs. <br />46% of budget will be directly spent on the youth in the form of work experience, <br />stipends, salaries, direct training, support services, incentives, etc. for the year 2019- <br />2020. <br />G.Submit most recent 2 years of audited financial statements as Attachment T & U with <br />the Audited Financial Statement Form signed (Attachment S). <br />Please see Financial Audit for year ending 2018. <br />18.Additional Attachments <br />A.You may include additional documents such as flyers, brochures, training descriptions, <br />and/or testimonials that support your proposal and/or further describe the program, as <br />Attachment W. <br />Please see additional attachments included.
