Administrative Plan 7/1/2025 Page 11-8 <br />If the family causes a delay in processing the annual reexamination, decreases in <br />the family share of the rent will be applied prospectively from the first day of the <br />month following completion of the reexamination processing. <br />Delays in reexamination processing are considered to be caused by the family if the <br />family fails to provide information requested by SAHA by the date specified, and this <br />delay prevents SAHA from completing the reexamination as scheduled. <br />EXHIBIT 1
