Administrative Plan 7/1/2025 Page 17-10 <br />In all other cases, SAHA will provide written notice to the family and owner within <br />14 calendar days of making the determination. The family will be given 30 days from <br />the date of the notice to move out of the PBV unit. If the family does not move out <br />within this 30-day time frame, SAHA will terminate the housing assistance payments <br />at the expiration of this 30-day period. <br />SAHA may make exceptions to this 30-day period if needed for reasons beyond the <br />family’s control such as death, serious illness, or other medical emergency of a family <br />member. <br />EXHIBIT 1
