This use does not include adult businesses. Four or more electronic games or <br /> coin-operated amusements in any establishment, or a premises where 50 <br /> percent or more of the floor area is occupied by amusement devices, are <br /> considered an electronic game arcade as described above; three or fewer <br /> machines are not considered a land use separate from the primary use of the <br /> site. <br /> Ancillary uses including meeting rooms, snack bars, and equipment rental or <br /> sales are permitted within an indoor recreation facility, provided that the gross <br /> floor area of the ancillary use does not exceed twenty percent (20%). Ancillary <br /> uses shall operate in conjunction with the primary recreation use, and shall <br /> maintain the same or fewer hours of operation. <br /> (21) Commercial Frontage: The non-residential frontage of a building. Non- <br /> residential activities subject to city approval are allowed within this space, which <br /> must be at least 25 feet in depth. These spaces are limited to the first floor and <br /> as such, have different building requirements than upper floors (e.g., large <br /> storefront windows, signage, etc.). <br /> (22) Courtyard Housing: See 'Building Types' <br /> (23) Craft and specialized automotive restoration service: A specialized business <br /> or commercial enterprise occurring inside of a fully-enclosed structure that <br /> focuses on repairing and restoring older cars, often considered "collector cars" <br /> as defined by the State; which includes (1) a vehicle model 35+ years old, (2) <br /> a vehicle model 25+ years old with historic plates, or (3) a vehicle model <br /> classified as a special interest vehicle. Such restoration services return these <br /> types of vehicles to their original condition, including mechanical components, <br /> paint and bodywork, and interior, aiming to preserve their historical authenticity <br /> and aesthetic appeal. <br /> (24) Doctor, dentist, chiropractor, etc. office: A facility other than a hospital where <br /> medical, dental, mental health, surgical, and/or other personal health care <br /> services are provided on an outpatient basis, and that accommodates no more <br /> than four licensed primary practitioners (for example, chiropractors, medical <br /> doctors, psychiatrists, etc., other than nursing staff within an individual office <br /> su ite. <br /> (25) Duplex, Triplex and Quadplex: See 'Building Types' <br /> (26) Dwelling Unit Types: <br /> a. Apartment: A rental version of a Flat, Loft, or Townhouse. <br /> b. Condominium: An ownership version of a Flat, Loft or Townhouse <br /> c. Flat: A single-story unit. <br /> d.
